Apparently Mt. Snow opens today. They had been scheduled for opening yesterday and it was changed to today a few days ago. Both times they said "weather permitting" but the odd thing is that the weather was unambiguously permitting the Wed (or earlier) opening even before they delayed it. Guess...

Ironic that the big question was whether or not conditions would be favorable for them to open on their target date...and it turned out they were but they aren't! Whatever, soon come (I couldn'ta gone this weekend anyway).

Got that right, but at this point it's likely not a question of one or the other. I too would trade a Thanksgiving opening for a Memorial Day+ closing in a heartbeat, but I don't think they'd come through on the deal.
