    June Mt., Jan. 4, 2017

Tony, I don't think the banks really made them close it, he just made that up. They did probably go over how stupid the air subsidies were, so he got rid of that and foisted it upon the taxpayers. James, schubwa lived in Mammoth when lapping June's Face required the crappy lift that's the only...

    Mammoth, Dec. 20-22, 2016

Always go with a footbed other than stock. The boot manufacturers aren't gonna spend money making good footbeds since most skiers won't be using the stock ones anyway.

Road to Provo rope drop at Snowbird

Can someone explain if this is really just a powder day rope drop, cuz all those kooks are wearing racer bibs with numbers LOL. My bet is somebody at the Special Olympics decided there were so many entries they had to do a Chinese Downhill...

Thanks for the report, those Superpark features look nuts! See how in your photo there's a traverse track heading East? There's no need for that track except for skiers who rode up Chairs 12 and 13 and don't really know how easy it is to get back to 1 or G1. We can see that for the folks who...

http://patrol.mammothmountain.com/Atlas ... rnice.html P.S. The main entrances to Dropout and Wipeout were way more doable 5/23 and 5/24/2015...with lotsa fresh tracks to be had when the lifts opened.

    Mammoth 5/9/2015

Great reports, I was a chair behind Staley off the top. Couple notes... It's a beautiful thing when one can ski Chair 23 without dealing with all the idiocy of the fanned-out traverse tracks coming from Chair 3. tseeb numbers Dropout differently, but Dropout 3 is the main run. You can do all...
