Yes. They had some problems a few years ago as I recall. I think their lodge burned down, but they eventually built a new one. I think I heard current owners were looking to sell though, so may not be open for too many more years.

Why would they not offer the santiago and outback/north peak areas of the mountain. Maybe they where not open hence the wind. Those areas would be fine for such an event IMHO. I actualy like keystone back terrian and also there village is nice. Need snow there, never understood which storms...

Keystone has some good terrian in the outback and and some of the cat serviced stuff is pretty fun. I think the snow preservation is very good there as well. PLenty of good snow there when 100% open. T PS for bargins stick to aussie and So African Wines ;)
