I had that at Ryuoo Ski Park earlier this year. It was very light and dry but still found it somewhat difficult.

I can either do mid September or wait until the week before projected closing in mid October. NZ school holidays finish early October. I’d love to take the opportunity to go to Chile but it’s so much more effort.

Turoa is always very late to start. It’s rare that they open at all before early July. Their season is heavily skewed toward spring. I don’t know why.

That's my preference if we go to NZ. Firstly I've never been there. Secondly it has more elevation that the south island ski areas. The only down side is my wife has relatives in Auckland (where would we fly into) and she'll want to call in to see them. :)

My dates are restricted to September 6 for up to 12 days. NZ would be much easier…… Decisions.
