funny you mention Sterling..I just got back from a 8 mile ride there...Sterling Forrest is around 15miles west of the Tapan Zee bridge... they opened some new trails there and IMO, it is now the best riding west of Mississippi...It's a mix of tech and flow... Just a few miles from Sterling is...

The Meadowlands is a dump. It’s a relatively new stadium. They spent over $1 billion and they built a piece of crap horrible choice.

The central air system is poorly balanced because it was put in after the house was already sheet rock so they had to go through closets, etc.

the central air was put in after the home was built..we are not the original owners..the system does a good job of cooling the upstairs . the downstairs never got cool enough, without making the upstairs too cool. With the additional system we can just run the downstairs system during the day...

for what it's worth...the GFS is very impressive with a persistent flow next week

Our whole house system has only one zone, it was installed by the homes first owner..It cools the upstairs fine. Not so great downstairs..We put the second system in to supplement the central air.. The little wall mounted air handler cools and dehumidifies the air and cools the downstairs...
