Today at S bird was weird..mineral was ok with the sun..but then strong winds came in and colder temps. Had to be careful where you jumped in. Pipeline!

The trees off snake were best today. Yup..frozen layer at great western..but as an old eastern skier..I was used to it. And I got cliffed out as a bonus!

Brighton wasn't too bad today..ever since I set the bar..a bit low. Scratchy at the top..but snowing. Going to hit it again tomorrow as I think the crowds will be a bit less than snowbird. And I've discovered the great western area which is great in a storm. Might buy a season pass next year...

Mineral and baldy were very good today but very crowded..front side was very firm until about 1...

Its the big difference between the east and west. After a rain or super wet snowfall in the east.. You can see your self the next day..looking down.

The snow dried out overnight. Collins side was crunchy but everything else was good. Catherines was very good

Might have to start parking at creekside early..then just ski to alta.. Might also start learning snowbird better as I have a season pass..but haven't used it much. Everyone i know..skies at alta.

Lcc was a total shitshow today..and for what... I went to pc and skied all day..pretty much no lines..9990 had zero line... Lcc and bcc are a disaster now.. Its exhausting...ikon has ruined it.. Oh well

I should have went to pc...no traffic..and very good conditions..as i experienced today. And 9990 had better terrain than what was open at alta..unless you waited on huge Collins line to get to the high T. Or a 200 foot line to get into supreme bowl. I skied powder all day today and never waited...

Then you would be waiting 2.5 hours in the car..then 1 hour up the canyon So..that .5 hours more than I spent...hmm

Now waiting in a 500 car line almost 3 miles from the canyon.. We've all..lost our minds..

Alta 40 inches and counting...reset..successful..

Blizzard at Alta today.. Called it at 1 when it became a white out. Catherine's was best..

Well..it snowed..and is still snowing..so apparently..it does snow here.. But it was pretty warm.
