4/28/14..SNOWBIRD & Littlecottonwood canyon

DAY...73.... after the weekend we had skiing it would be hard to think of it being better this time of year . but this is little cottonwood canyon and it does happen here . this morning was delayed for about 1:15 min. for bombing runs to control the some times un controllable . temps were in the range of -3 degrees wind chill up top with 35 m.p.h. winds nice january morning at the end of april . the place was packed with people snowbirds the only show left in town.

started the day out by my self met up with bdwore and amyz around 12:00 at the base of p-chair .

best three day stretch of skiing in a while

Except that it may be difficult for those who no longer work to remember that there are simply some days that you can't get away, as much as you would have liked to.
