Very nice day today.

The mountain was opened all week at 2$ for everyone, so you can guess that it has been crowded and the powder really disappeared in the mountain, except in some places, but it was quite hard to find some virgin one.

Anyway, the light snow that have fallen down all day long (instead of rain in Montreal) have helped us a lot and even though it was just 2" of fresh, it was still enough to have a lot of fun in the extreme trails and the amazing woods of the ski area.

My best run of the day was once again in the Speedy Glady, with 8" of powder almost virgin and flying at 30+mph in the woods... that is sooooo great !!!! Gotta love this awesome unknown/unmarked long glade.

For some pics of the day, you can see our pics on Zoneski : http://zoneski.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=826

I'm heading up to La Réserve tomorrow. I hope that the conditions will be as great as today ! I don't know if I'll be with another zoneskieur (except my father), so I don't know if it will be 100% backcountry or just 50% With all the family in the place, tomorrow may be a great day to retry the backside of the mountain ! HEHE !!
