I went back to the mountain today with a friend of Zoneski for some off-piste almost all day long !

Of course there was less powder than yesterday, but as I know the mountain extremely well, we touched some unmarked glades with 12+" of untracked powder.

FTO really got an influence on me cause before, I was prefering the very soft moguls with a bit of powder, but now I'm more and more a powder seeker.

Here is a couple of shots of the day

Skiing the Slalom

The Twist (one of its lines)

Somewhere

Somewhere else

For the last pic, I must say that it's not a super spot usually, but today, it rocked ! 8' wide and quite long, with 12" of light untracked powder, we were going down at full speed into this little heaven.

Damn I love this mountain !

After Frank's nonstop praise of this place, I have to check it out.

Doesn't have much of a vertical... but I guess it doesn't matter?

LOL, Ski the Nadler's Needle trail and you'll be happy of the little vertical of the place ;) (ouch the legs)

How could I not praise the only powder lift-serviced spot north of Montreal ?

It is truly more wild than the mt Shefford that you tried last week, but for the wood skiing, it equals and very probably beats Shefford.
