It was blowing like stink at the top, but the conditions were pretty good. I guess that whatever snow that got last week was wiped out by the rain earlier this week. Trails that were groomed, especially the blacks, were very good. We did not venture onto ungroomed, as they looked like they were not too much fun.
This mountain has some strange trail ratings. What they call double black would be single black most everywhere else. Their blues are really mostly greens, also. Not a bad place, though.
They have enough man made to last several weeks more, so folks should not be afraid to check them out. Going to Bretton Woods tomorrow.
