thinking about midweek trip to cannon is the off piste skiing any good. i haven't seen much snow in the woods riding up the lifts at most nh areas if anyone knows what shape mittersill is in that would be great

see the previous report from a week and a half ago, then factor in high temps and rain. personally (and i enjoy thin cover very much), i wouldn't go over to mittersill unless we get at least 6 inches of fresh snow at this point. i'm sure you could still make it down no problem, but it's likely to be a geology expedition. if we get the expected snow, it should be good though.
