Alec Stall, 23, died Monday while filming near Stowe ,Vt. He was push off a cliff by a slough of snow that followed him down a chute in the upper notch.
Alec was a featured skier in Meathead films "Epoch", "Schooled" and "Elevated".

As a UVM student who likes to wander around Mount Mansfield's backcountry with my friends, this hits too close to home.

I'd met the kid before but only in passing while being a Sugarbush rep and going to the Meathead's film showing. Very, very sad and shocking.
