Left NYC at 5:30 AM, with blizzard conditions and occasional lightning/thunder (first time I've heard thunder in a snowstorm), the snow drastically tapered off by the time I reached the Woodbury exit off the Thruway. At the lower elevations near exit 20 there was hardly any snow on the ground, 1-2 inches (if even). But up on the mountain (Tannersville, Haines Falls, etc) they had gotten a bit more... during the whole day probably about 5-6 inches fell. Unfortunately not like NYC's total of 26, but some good spots were to be found - some decent bumps on Chute, Crossover (got skied off), the guns were on full blast on Clair's Way and it was bumping up, but the crowds over there were unbearable. The bumps got a bit more skied off all over the mountain by the end of the day, but there was plenty of very edgeable soft snow on Gun Hill Road, which was the end of day cruiser of choice. The side of Racer's Edge was nice early on, but it got pretty skied off by the afternoon - pretty much the whole trail was a sheet of ice by then, and K27 was bad all day. The roads were a real mess in the morning but the drive back was pretty smooth sailing
