Sorry I've been absent for a few weeks.

In the midst of a job change...been real busy. The search appears to be winding down.

Change is good...I was slowly dying in my old job. I'm 49 and saw no way to make my mark in life there. So I negotiated a separation package and left. The way things had been going I felt they didn't want me anymore anyway. And I didn't want to stay.

I got what I wanted and there are no hard feelings here. I'm happy. And things are looking like I'll be even happier soon.

Enough with real life. I went skiing at Mt. Snow yesterday! Now that's important news!! I was impressed with the early season offerings and had a great day.

That's all for now. Just wanted to check in. I'll be around. Get out there and make turns.

Hey JimG! I read Andy Z's Mt Snow trip report. Looks/sounds like you guys had a great meet-up. This is one of those times when we could use some of that white stuff out west. Alta/Snowbird just announced a delay of their scheduled opening. We gotta find a way to bend that jet stream a little further south. BTW, good luck with the job change program. Sometimes you just have to move on. That is probably the major reason I retired six years ago.
