A truly amazing spring day. Great corn, blue sky, lite breeze, moderate temp's, who could ask for more? <BR> <BR>From about 9 to 11 everything was very good, amazingly good really. After that the bottom of the hill got pretty slushy but the upper 4/5th's remained good. <BR> <BR>My legs held out till about 12:30, and even at that point w/the sun shining down the majority of Whirlaway, Whitetail and Jericho remained very good corn. West Way and the arms off of that were also solid (It seemed like Glade and Fox didn't get as much direct sun so they held up the best) and even Left Bank held up fairly well. <BR> <BR>I'd consider going again next week (their web site says they are closed this W-Th-F but will reopen for the weekend) but the forecast rain will likely do some damage.
