Killington Julio Not ready

Hey to all the poachers-

Just a warning about Julio at Killington. The top was nice on saturday....but when it gets steep you cannot avoid rocks and stumps. Really thin cover. Just a warning until we get more snow.

I wouldn't exactly call that a news flash.

Late on Saturday, we were out on powder boards poaching the flattest roped off things we could think of. It was only 4 or 5" on top of breakable crust so you didn't want anything particularly steep. The best thing I found was Swirl at the top of Rams Head. Squeeze Play was also OK if you bailed out before the brook. We did Pipe Dream under the South Ridge triple first thing on Sunday and skier's left was fine.
