Warm Temps this weekend don't look to promising though

Oh, yee of little faith! 5h later, it was snowing in the NEK!

My deck picked up a trace, maybe 1/4", and there are still flakes in the air a few hours later. Not sure about the rest of VT, but up in the NEK and on the western White Mountains, the guns could be running tonight! Certainly not at budget-conscious Cannon or Burke, but maybe BW or Jay?

i just awoke to a trace coating of the white stuff in StJ. certainly higher elevations were able to pick up more. doubt it's enough to earn a few on this weekend, but gonna keep an eye on the half dozen or so areas currently blowing for possible sunday turns...

Oh yeah... and Jay posted on their website that they started making snow last night (THU) and they should get about 7in of snow today (FRI)

ANd Mont Saint-Sauveur could be open this weekend...

Ironic that the big question was whether or not conditions would be favorable for them to open on their target date...and it turned out they were but they aren't! Whatever, soon come (I couldn'ta gone this weekend anyway).

They are just opening the beginner quad. 10am start. I may just drive by to look.

I just got off the phone with Ray at Surefoot on the access road. He thinks they're shooting for next weekend.

BTW, I have a post on the equipment forum re: Surefoot.

Killington just posted on their website that they plan to open on Saturday... so I guess thats my Saturday plan, unless anyone knows of a better plan?
