Laurentian November Powder Day

What difference a week makes as while the weather in Montreal was rain and wet snow with no accumulation , dry powder was falling in the Laurentian snow belt . So this morning I convinced my son to come on a hike and make some turns with the promise that I would take him over to a chairlift in the afternoon after hiking /skiing in the morning . Conditions were mid winter as there was probably 2 to 3 feet that fell over the last few days. Busy day :)

Also had to toss in a trip to Tim Horton's , now is that Canadian eh !

I was seriously bummed to find that I'd accidentally crushed the two rousettes aux miel that were in my backpack for yesterday's flight into an unrecognizable wad.

A Jedi master once taught me: always know where your pastries are located. :D
