( IT WAS LEGIT BTW ) they were blowing hard in the park/pipe by the g... BLUE MOGUL TRAIL UPDATE the trail they promised to let bump up, RAMPASTURE, was flat.. we will keep an eye on this. we tried mike's way trees but there is still not enough in there for anything but rock skis... k on tuesday... couldn't take the thought of skiing flat pp all day so buddy gil and i sucked it up and made the brutal drive over to k... they got about 15 .. they called it 18 to 24... pulled in about 845 .. we set up out of snowshed and pretty much hit the neddles eye all day... bear was not open... 90 % blue bird, about 30 f .. it was glorious didn't even bother going past the gondy.. looked at the rime area once and it was all flat that got up n. eye trail and vertigo ( both bumped, vertigo au natural )... all the bumpers were hanging out by neddles eye.. they had the gondy, supa star, r head q and a few other secondary lifts spinning... looked like they got about 18 ... they did a lot of grooming.. more than we thought they would, but they have to at this point so it's nb deal... line o' the day was from buddy gil, who , on our first chair up the n.e. q, looked to his left and said," check it out dude, 5 min here and 3 legit bumpers already... we can go 5 days in a row at loon and not see a legit bumper " !!!!! i'll say this, k is quite the factory when it is up and running .. they were at about probably 60 percent ops i would guess... a meticulously grommed park/ booter area leading down to snowshed was up and running with some smooth as butter tables.
