Nerd Alert. Bluetooth GPS Logs with cell phone

OK I have a Samsung sch-i760 with Bluetooth/wifi/windows mobile 6.
I also have a GlobalSat Bluetooth GPS Reciever BT-359 BT359 BT359W

I have the GPS working just fine with Google maps, and a trial ver. of GPS Tuner.

What I would like to do is log vertical feet skied, max speed, and export out to Google earth maps to see my lines skied. I know I have seen a few posts of people doing this, I just wonder what software was used?

I've done it using CotoGPS but that's for the Palm OS on Treo. should you need to use a Windows machine to convert the track data to GPX use the free GPSBabel.
