Video from last weekend, entitled "Twig Season" is now available online at our Original Online Videos section. RealOne Player is required (earlier versions of Real Player do not include the requisite Real Video 9 codec) -- you may visit Real.com to download a copy of the free player (scan that page hard, for they do their best to bury the link to the free player in favor of upselling the "pro" version). Dial-up users should right-click on the dial-up link and choose "Save target as..." to save the video to their hard drive. Broadband users, however, may use the streaming video link.

Nice job, Marc !

I really enjoyed the video !

Killington was looking cool, with enough moguls !!

I wonder which ones of the actually open ski areas will remain open with all the warm weather forecasted in the next days

2 inches of rain forecasted for the Tremblan't region tomorrow. Do you imagine that this would be about 20 inches of snow, with just few degrees colder !!!!!

Not on the subject of the video, but on Okemo and Killington.

During the giant rainstorm they some how managed to pick up 1-3 inches of snow, did not expect that.

Good news though, how ever snowmaking temps are still a few days off.

porter

Yeah, that snow was a surprise...but with sub-freezing 850mb temps nearby it shouldn't have really been. Only problem is they got 1-3 inches of snow after 1-3 inches of rain...they don't even come close to cancelling each other.

Salida...good call on the snowmaking temps...the shortwave is now looking like it should move in a little faster then previously thought. Period of rain on Monday evening possibly changing to wet flurries then marginal snowmaking weather Tuesday on. Temps should be good enough for just resurfacing-type snowmaking but don't look for more terrain openings.

ok. i downloaded the twig video. it took me over an hour to dl it(dial-up). then when it finished downloading it just disappeared off my screen. WTF! i did a search for it and nothing came up. WTF! any ideas of where it might've gone, or what happened? F n a. how frustrating.

Pay attention to where you told it to download to. It's gotta be in your computer somewhere...

Bummer dude.

-Scott
