Other snowski forums?

this one is pretty darn helpfull with all the advise you can find out from
the particpating posters. i don't know why you'd want another board to
scope out. it depends on what your looking for. tele? fixed heel?
snowboard? splitboard? etc etc.....

Inside tracks is by far the best I've found!
Now, how did I ever ever find it? no idea.

the only others I've found worthwhile are:

Telemarktips.com
A great site, with forums and news and gear reviews.

Powderbuzz.com
A Colorado- based site, mostly focused on backcountry, and linked to Mountainbuzz.com, which details what we do with all that snow before we let it leave the state in the spring.

Or, if you're bored of skiing and it's the middle of winter, why wait? you could go rafting now! If you did, here's what it'd be like:

I was fortunate to not be on this trip, with highs in the 20's and unimaginable lows.

Or if you're looking for an excuse to not go rafting in January, get it at

Oops, sorry Marc!

Yes I was inadvertently referring to that 90's era printed ski -tip-sheet which was best at unbiased gear testing.
I'm sure my dad still has a couple of big blue gov't surplus binders of many years of back issues-- Just in case he needs to re-review the Salomon F9. Fortunately he's retired now and too busy skiing all the time. But I'm getting tired of hearing about all those Monday powder days.
One other ski-related forum, especially if you're interested in newskool rantings about sliding on railings, strapping both feet onto one wide, short, snowbored and playing in a "TP" is http://www.powdermag.com.
