Out in the ADK'S .

We took advantage of the clear conditions today and captured some shots of Whiteface ski trails and the slides from a 2000? ridge in the ADK?S. Visibility was great and you could see across Lake Champlain to the Greens in VT.

Very nice, thanks! I Spent the day in the cellar, cleaning up, earning points for the winter, so I can go get lost in the hills!
 
Gorgeous shots, Anthony. Thank you. As much as I love living here, there's nothing to compare with the beauty of autumn in the Northeast.
 
I hit the peak of fall foliage season around Concord and Lake Winnepesaukee in mid-October 1993 and it was very impressive and unique in my experience. In that same trip I visited the New England Ski Museum and took a scenic ride up Cannon's tram. It was about 20F up there and covered with rime ice.
