(Corrected the date) I had a very long Sunday. I thought I'd set alarm for a little before 3 AM, but didn't and luckily had to pee not much after 3 which got me up and out of the house by 4:15. I loaded Funitel about 815 and skied a couple of Gold Coast, then Siberia laps, finding Tricia from SkiTalk there. We moved to Shirley for a few laps, then I skied Granite 3x, first lookers left of main Backside, then Carnells, then Corkscrew/Break It Out on my last lap. Creek crossing at bottom of Granite shows some cracks.
I returned to Siberia which had been down for a few days and hiked road around back to the top and skied National Chute. Photo from top of hike above the Palisades at Palisades.

National was over too quick so I did the Reverse Traverse, a shorter hike, and skied the lower route to North Bowl which required removing skis for the hike, then removing them two more times to get to continuous snow. My next two times on the Reverse Traverse I hiked past top of Headwall chair and got higher entrance into North Bowl which held good snow until they closed it about 115. Got very warm after noon.
I skied off Siberia Ridge a few times before skiing Mountain Run and quitting ~145 with 18.5K. It got busy enough when I took photos that it was hard to turn around without obstructing traffic.
My day/story is not over. After relaxing, putting on shorts and having a beer at my new car,
I went to the Tahoe Makers festival at the base. There I bought an Alibi Ale Hazy as the $8 went to a good cause. Then when I was leaving ~3, my new car had low tire pressure on right rear. I stopped after crossing bridge and had guy look at it while I rolled slowly but he didn't see anything. I drove to Highway 89 where gas station has been replaced with bike rental shop. 100 pumps on their hand pump got low tire to 20 lbs. I spotted something in tire.
I drove to Chevron in Tahoe City where service bay door was open, but they did not have anyone doing repairs. I walked next door to Shell where cashier offered to sell me a $44 tire repair kit. After making a couple of calls and finding no one who could fix tire on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, I bought repair kit and fixed it. Due to tire repair and tourist traffic going around W side of Lake, I did not get to So. Tahoe cabin until 6 PM.
Tire pressure was holding 3 hrs after I got to cabin. It looks like I may need to start carrying a pump since I can now fix my own tires.
