Good start to the new year. 3-4" of overnight freshies on top of the 18"-24" from the main storm. Plunge and Freefall on the North Face were extremely good, with the new snow and wind having filled in the few tracks from the day before(not much skier traffic when you have to ride a T-bar to get to it!) and providing knee deep powder all day! Blockbuster was OK, but skied out much more since you can get to it from the triple. Rest of the mountain offered nice groomed packed powder with powder stashes to be found in many place. <BR> <BR>Plattekill lives up to its reputation - the Mad River Glen of the Catskills! <BR> <BR>Hope this keeps up!
