There is a few ski areas here which received some snow in the last hours.

This morning, the top part of Tremblant was fairly white, even though the top webcam doesn't work

Also, the Valinouët, in Saguenay Lac St-Jean received 2" of snow at its base and probably something like 4" or more on top of the mountain ! nice... although the mountain was completely white last year at this time...

Here are a few pics from today, received from the mountains on ZoneSki...

It's sure it's not the 34" of Mt Washington, but still... :)

hopefully the system coming with Wilma will dump us a little pow just like Jim Roemer said it was possible a few days ago. (didn't he tell 6-12" possible for Stowe ?)

Scott's been hinting at the same possibility.

I'd love to see some snow in the near future. We finally had a good frost this morning. It was nice to see some white on the grass. My toes were getting pretty cold by the time I got to class, guess it's almost time to put on some shoes.

Unfortunately little chance of any snow coming from this latest system as warm air/rain is forecasted as far up as North Central/Eastern Quebec. So the wait continues!
