Sunday River set a new record for "Early season trail count inflation" by opening 7 trails to offer one way down.

That said, it was a pretty nice day. A full lap took two lift rides, so you could ski the upper section, the lower section, or the full vertical. Cloudy but warm, with a definite inversion about 500 vertical below the summit. Nice soft snow - if it were spring we'd call it corn. Good coverage. Open top to bottom, and while it looked kind of thin at the bottom, they do a good job of summer prep on the lowest trails, so there were no lurking nasties waiting to rip an edge out of your ski.
