I have received 2 e-mails from long time correspondents who can't find the old AOL address. AOL announced Oct. 1 that they were closing down their webpage hosting function Nov. 1. Fortunately I had been backing it up on the Charter site for a few years, with many of my 200+ pages only on Charter in order to stay under AOL's 2MB limit.

I've hoped all along that people would bookmark the easier to remember http://bestsnow.net (I've owned that URL since 2002), which has been redirected from AOL to Charter. For the month of October I had boldface announcements on the AOL pages to change bookmarks. Whether that did any good, I don't know.

For exercise, I'm hoping the 50,500 I put in at Mammoth last weekend was helpful. :P

And the topic is moved to "General Discussion" because I do analyze Eastern as well as Western snow conditions (much to the dismay of Patrick et al).
