Hey Frank-
You've been very quiet this year. I used to enjoy your postings from all over Eastern Canada. Now, nothing. Don't tell me you're just working all the time and no skiing?

... I know... I know

I can give you 50 bulls reasons but it remains just a matter of time.

From jan 1 to now, I worked at the job an average of over 50 hours per week + I have a new house with still a lot of things to do in + I try to do a little bit of ski and I spend the rest of my time on my website on which I don't have the time to read 50% of the conversations.

I was still lurking for sure, but I will have more time in the coming weeks/months (even though I know the ski season is almost gone already :()

Why so negative, there is always skiing somewhere. :P You said so yourself in zoneski.

I have so many things to do at home it's not funny (income tax, cleaning and sorting mountains of stuff, seeing non-skier friends). It's like that every year, lucky I can do some of that stuff in the Summer.

Glad that you're still around. I have faith that for you at least the ski season is barely underway. I'm sick enough to enjoy your reports of hiking all morning for a few runs on 200' of rotten snow (or my personal favorite, the tank-tread-like grass skis), even if I'm not quite sick enough to do it myself.

Oh sh** I was forgetting them

For the ski season, I was more talking of the lifted one. Of course, for the non-lifted, it's even not really begun :D

I know I almost didn't post reports of the season, but if you want to see some highlights, I suggest you to take a short look of a few of these videos. I'm the one with the blue & black coat, black pants, gray helmet and very old rock skis with a weird old kind of style of skiing:)

The Mont Grand-Fonds : March 27, 2004 (horribly, their last day of the season, due to main chairlift engine broken for the season) (The best movie of the season on ZoneSki TV in my opinion)

The Massif du Sud : February 26, 2005

Mont Édouard : March 26, 2004. Still in powder on the upper mountain, not a full-effects video as I just use Moviemaker, but still a funny movie.

La Réserve : The classic video of December 11, 2004. You want to see some early big powder with a lot of extreme trails and glades. Look at it ;)

Mont Alta : A little funny video of the first half of March at this sooooooo nice ski area !

I'll try to post at least my reports of Hike & Ski... up to july :D
