As far as conditions at wintergreen go, pretty good! The first day there was very minimal ice, and since I was skiing with a freind that has a house their, we had a card to skip the liftlines, however by mid day they did get a bit long. The first day there were also alotta nice "bumps" to launch off of on the highland and eagles swoop when skiing them right got boring. The second day they groomed them all out. The skiing was good in the morning, but got very icy as the day went on. We were going to leave that night, but couldn't get out, the roads iced up in about 10 minutes (right after we had left, it happened VERY fast). We were a few blocks away from his house, saw 4 cars with their blinkers on, and two in a ditch within less then half a mile, and decided to go back. The roads weren't even walkable by foot without crawling. After they salted them, they were fine early in the morning though.
