Town of 1770 - fishing and snorkeling.

“1770” is a fishing village just north a Bundaberg on the Queensland coast. The name of the town came about because Captain Cook stepped onto land in Australia for just the second time at this location in May 1770.
It’s a beautiful spot with nice beaches, a great river and fantastic headland. It’s a gateway to the Great Barrier Reef.
I’ll let some pictures (done with a phone by a poor photographer) tell the story.
