Alterra to acquire Sugarbush, VT

No change to Ikon pass 5 or 7 day access which was already part of the deal for Sugarbush. Interesting to see if it moves to unlimited access in future years.

A full season pass at Sugarbush for 2019-20 is $1,199. This situation is analogous to Stratton a year ago. The full Ikon is unlimited at Stratton but the base pass is limited to 5 days. I predict the same for Sugarbush next year.

Existing Sugarbush passholders are going to want Ikon privileges, but the deal doesn't close until sometime in the first quarter of 2020, so I suspect no change this season.
