Amazing early season conditions at Sunshine this season. Opening with 5 lifts and 34 runs. All natural snow. Check out www.skibanff.com. I wont make it for a week or so yet tho.

20 inches so far today and could see another 20 by tommorow. Should ensure great skiing till the end of the season.

Looks like Sunshine village is the place to be. Heading up tomorrow for the first time. 70 cm base in the village,55 runs open and 8 lifts. Check out the web at skibanff.com. The lake is hosting world cup racing this Weekend but still appareently has very limited terrain.

Sunshine Village 's average snowfall of 33ft annually can hardly be construde as modest.
