Wow...what a weekend. The lake effect is churning. 27" came down Thursday and then another 12" Friday....currently dumping again.
Latest forecast
AN INTENSE BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL SETTLE ACROSS THE TUG
HILL OVERNIGHT AND MONDAY. SNOW WILL FALL AT A RATE OF 2 TO 4
INCHES PER HOUR. TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS COULD REACH THREE TO FOUR FEET WHERE THE LAKE SNOWS PERSIST

There were times if you went down it was tough getting out.

Nice.

Not an original thought, but so cruel that the Adirondacks couldn't be an hour west of where they are... it'd be the Cottonwood Canyons of the East. Well, you know what I mean.

I wouldn't move them, just strench them to the West.

That would make it a longer drive for me.

Sorry Patrick, the best solution is to move the lakes east.

I guess that is the best solution for the both of us. Watertown would be a perfect name for a twon being a few hundred feet under water.
