another ec pow day with sun no wind day 50 celebration

snow? we don't need no feakin snow! what away to celebrate day 50. 3 months of skiing down and at least 4 months to go. did a beautiful backcountry day today up on mount cardigan and what a day it was. temps in the upper 20's, 6-10 inches of untracked on all slopes skied with unencumbered protected turns right from the towered summit to the car. nice loop to say the least. wildcat tomorrow, hopefully east enough for refills all day with a later changeover than parts west.

Crap! I wanted to do Cardigan yesterday, but had no one to do it with so just said "screw it" and went to Wawa for a few hours of crappy carving. :x

Temps up 20's?! Yesterday? At Wawa it was 12 degrees at the summit at 11am
 
ya, cardigan was quite deluxe yesterday, a play land over there. nuttin like a bluebird pow day followed by a stormy powday today at the river.
next time yer thinkin of goin there or anywhere, pm me. no pw in bounds, we'll find it outtabounds fer sure.
