Almost exactly the same setup as last weekend - a clipper moving out of Canada catching up with warm moist air coming out of the Gulf of Mexico, with another clipper 48 hours behind it. The difference is that there appears to be some blocking in place that might cause it to "sit and spin" over New England for 48 hours or so. And of course, more extensive snow coverage than last week could mean colder air at the surface
Looks like Sunday will be the day for this one. We'll have to keep an eye on it.
