Somewhere in Quebec is going to get snow next Friday/Saturday. I just can't tell yet if it is going to be the Saguenay or the Gaspe...

Well the temperature dropped to 28 F early Saturday morning (24/9) in southern Quebec so the countdown is on.

Hmph! Well the cold stayed well to the north. Violent storm when it went through though - we were without power for 18 hours...

Looks like the next cold shot could be in about 7 days.

Fudge, I miss a lot of things here...

Sorry for the lack of posts/ delays of response, etc... so busy on the job + on our website...

But thanks for the thoughts... effectively, they got enough snow, in the laurentians park (where the average elevation of the road is over 2500' high) and it's a winter climate from mid october to mid may.
Funnily, it's just a few miles north of Quebec city...

feakin' schweet! \:D/ i always enjoy scotts macro analysis of patterns and micro-details when applicable. great reading! :D it feels like after such a long winter, it always seems to good to be true how close we actually are (some closer than others!).

Just read the discussion. I know it's a long shot but bring on the snow. I just got my skis out and hauled em up to school today. I'd love to be able to use em within the next month.
