How cool is Jay Peak - Discounts?

OK, this is getting sketchy.

I still don't have my wachusett pass in my fat little hands since I haven't made the trek to pick it up. Do you think jay peak would accept a photo copy of my pass and a note from wachusett if I could get one faxed to me for the $40 ticket?

How about my 5 year out of date vt drivers license?

Any other ideas to avoid paying the $62 ticket this saturday?

thanks,

asland

not far from the truth.

I run a ski program for middle schoolers from Brookline, MA. As a perk the mountain gives me a season pass. I use it to ski there with my program, bring my 3 year old out skiing once or twice a week, and to get discounts from other mountains. Not a bad little mountain to get some mid-week runs in.

Funny story: Wachusett is Alta's sister mountain so I get half price tickets to there.

Just admit it....

You cannot ski the pow pow and have to hide behind your daughter!
So if you are skiing mid-week, you must be leaving your brothers in the
field to teach in your place...

That's a hell of an entrance. take note of the mood around this community, and notice that your tone contradicts it dramatically.

hey general,,,err, sgt, er whatever u r
there are plenty of posts that go up here that open themselves up to be ripped on ( to wit- some of mine ) ....why pick on the guy cause he skis a small hill?...pick out a post that may deserve a rip ....what the hell is wrong with you?

Didn't mean to ruffle feathers. Asland is my colleague and good friend of mine. Furthermore we have been running that ski program together for the past few years and it has been some of the best skiing experiences ever! The students make it unbelievable.

Furthermore, his 3 year old daughter is one of the best young skiers out there. I'm the one that cannot keep up with her.

Hope to see some of you up at Saddleback!

sorry about the sidetrack. Thank you for your post on the buy one get one free. I also remembered that I had the ski 3 Vermont that I could use there.
