Roger I'm just giving you a hard time. I've got so many pairs of skis, I can't afford any more. And of course I'm not some dirt-baggin free heeler. It'd be fun to demo these boys some day, but I'm pretty into the stability of longer skis in the same waist figures...

i know you were just poopin and so was i, fun stuff. the nomad will be offered in 181cm next year and shamen 184cm for those that feel they need more length to go with all of that manueverable surface area.

how's this for a deal. today i sold a guy a bc tracker beacon a $60 bd shovel and a $50 265cm probe for $315. the tracker alone goes for $300.

how do ya like me now!

Pretty, yet sh-tty is generally what I think of Icelantic.

Joan of Arc, Genghis Kahn and all the other warriors are cool....but too many in the Icelantic line did not ski at the same level as their counterparts.

Overall, I loved the graphics...but was very ambivalent about the skis.

Really, what stuck out after 2 days of demos at Keystone were the bad skis, not the good. Cuz many were good.

That's nice.

You decide to sell some Icelantic skis on really-what-you-know is the wrong area, and I test a majority of the Icelantic skis a week or so ago, came away way unimpressed.

So I am now in a gay relationship with a guy on Volkl Mantras?

Again, I thought they were attractive skis, but many did not preform to their graphic level of the competition. This comes from having demo-ed 60-70 skis in the past week. So I can speak with a strong authority from a side-by-side comparison on this topic. Hence, I offered my opinion. Like it or not.

But I guess, if there is momentum for a niche ski...I am wrong. Not how I operate. I call it like I skied it.

I am not overly impressed with the Mantras either.

graphic levels? i thought you liked the graphics. hehe. 60-70 skis is a lot of skis, now i understand you could be a bit confused.
what didn't you like about them ? yer the 1st i've heard from that didn't like the ride.

I can understand why some of us might be a little cranky, watching this beauty of a storm track 100 miles too far south. Actually for us at Gore it's only about 50 miles to far south. Still.

It's snowing here (Haverhill, MA) now. They're letting the schools out early.... Heading for Crotched tomorrow AM. Should be good. Wachusett will probably be better but I just can't go south of the border to ski.....it's against my principles....wait ....where did I leave my principles....Oh, here they are.... Whew, that was close.
 
snowin in portsmouth too, crotched tonight after work, if it keeps snowin. if it slows down i may have to hit first rope at powderhouse hill in south berwick for 7 pm opening.
