Yes.

Looks like only northern Quebec areas in the Saguenay were spared. Even Le Massif was expecting freezing rain and a high temp of near 40 degrees.

The good news is that the next two systems look like they *might* send snow to northern VT, northern NH and Maine. Models have been pulling the freeze line a little further south in recent runs.

So what is the forecasted conditions for tommorow and sunday? I am trying to figure out where to stay Sat night, depending on who has best snow on Sun?

Everywhere in New England will be about the same. For Southern VT:

Snowmaking temperatures return by morning.

Chance flurries Saturday, greater in the north, ending by evening. Accumulations of 1" or less, except in historically heavy upslope snow areas (Mansfield, Jay Peak). Moderate winds from the northwest, becoming northernly.

Temperatures start rising Saturday night and climb above freezing through the day, with rain returning by evening . Repeat Saturday's forecast for Monday.

Frozen granular will be the condition for Saturday, loose granular for Sunday.

Given the expected traffic this weekend, I would say that most trails will be a sheet of ice after 10:00 both days. At least Sunday they have a chance of softening in the rising temps.

For Northern VT: Sunday afternoon the precip may start as snow but will quickly switch over. Storm may finish with moderate snow.

I was in Montreal today. Copious quantities of rain when the freezing rain changed over. Lots of snow loss through the Adirondacks between last night and today.

My in-laws were supposed to drive down from Quebec City, but ditched those plans thanks to freezing rain this morning.
