No, I'm not suggesting things about St-Sauveur... but I'm more talking about the fact that there was a ski area which opened its easy side around october 9, this year... was skiable T2B in 12" powder with already a snowpack under the powder on october 15 and closed on april 23 with still 3-4 feet of snowdepth in the glades ! (and it was a way below average snowfall year)
Unfortunately, this ski area doesn't make a lot of marketing... so I just knew a few weeks ago, but looking to this, it means that Killington would have to close on may 24 to have the longest season and I'm sure they won't be able to do this.
I think that this mountain has also beaten Killington in many of the last years.
Actually, at the Killington closing date, we're a couple to consider to go skiing their glades a last little time...
This ski area doesn't have snowmaking... you may understand why !!
It's 5h north from Montreal... but it's not so worst to go there... you may have an idea now
Le Valinouët !
