We had heard since Wednesday that rain was on the way, and that's what we saw at the NASJA breakfast at Manoir Richelieu. Our bus arrived at the top of Le Massif about 10:15, and management handed out plastic bags to wear over our ski clothes. Fortunately the rain was already tapering off and stopped by lunchtime.

What we had all day was thick fog except on perhaps the top 200-300 vertical out of 2,200. The visibility was good enough reason to stay on the groomed, and the rain had created spring conditions but removed any icy or hard snow.

I skied 9 runs, including 2 on the La Charlevoix downhill training run. It has more consistent pitch and fewer steep drops than the Wildflower Downhill I skied at SnowBasin 2 weeks ago.
