But I started at 30 and have been improving ever since..proof of which is you guys haven't killed me yet.
That's basically my story. At 20 I had no interest in alpine skiing - my winter focus was on ice climbing and x-c skiing. My first alpine lessons were at MRG when I was 33.

+1 But even worse from most of your perspectives. My recreational time ages 20-24 was mostly spent in smoke filled rooms at bridge tournaments.
