Haven't heard anything this year. I'm not sure if it was mentioned above, but the new owner planed to turn the place into a private ski hill with some real-estate at the bottom.
I know last year they posted "No trespassing" signs and strongly discourage people to go. You know the saying, this is private property, so you don't have any business here. It's a shame, all that snow and no one (or very few) taking advantage of it.
