It's nice to know that other people actually look at FTO besides our forum community.

Our forum community is but a minute fraction of overall site traffic that numbers over 2 million page views per month to 100,000-200,000 unique users per month.

While those numbers do in fact increase annually, it's not at a pace that gives me hope for that anytime soon.

Today's question (courtesy Jamesdeluxe) must be a stumper, for there's only one correct answer thus far. Those are nice odds for the one who got it right!

What type of numbers do the largest websites generate... at least as far as ski websites go? I mean 200,000 different viewers per month seems like a lot of people.

We're one of the larger ones, but an order of magnitude below the largest. I will, however, stack our quality against any of them.

Wednesday's question really stumped our readers, as we had only one correct entry! Congratulations to David Reis of Newfield, New York! David truly earned his new Mirador sunglasses from Serfas Optics, complete with interchangeable lenses by correctly answering "Snow King" to the question, "Which Wyoming ski area is the only one in North America to have an active cemetery within its trail network?"

Now, for Today's Question (and after that last one, we had to make it easy!):
Where is the only currently operating single chairlift at a North American ski area located?

Since Google was no help on this one, I was expecting a complete shutout. You gave it away by specifying "Wyoming."

I did that on purpose. Good thing I did, too...

I'm surprised there was only one correct answer...there aren't that many ski areas in Wyoming.

I was going to guess Snow King, as it is the only other ski area other than Jackson that I know of. However, having already had the fortune to win, I thought the better not to guess.

Oddly, there were a bunch of answers submitted yesterday that weren't in Wyoming.

rfarren, never heard of Targhee?

Actually, there are a bunch of smaller ski areas -- Snowy Range, Big Horn, Pine Creek, White Pine -- that very few non-locals have skied and *could* have had cemeteries for all I know (are all of those are still operating?).

For that reason, I'll temporarily suspend my grudge against Admin.

IIRC Snowy Range [snip] now closed.

Last I heard one of the banks in Laramie was taking Snowy Range over and planning a 'normal' season up there. Web page says they're open, but the conditions have not been updated in 2 weeks... so who knows.

I would have guessed "Snow King" (the only place I could think of that might be a possible answer) but I didn't want to remove the odds of someone that haven't won like James Deluxe. :brick:
