GREEK PEAK MOUNTAIN RESORT ANNOUNCES SKI FREE DAY & NIGHT TO BENEFIT THE VIRGIL/MCGRAW FOOD BANKS – MARCH 20TH.

Greek Peak Mountain Resort, Central New York’s Largest Ski Area, will have free skiing and riding to individuals who donate non-perishable food items. The promotion will run from 9:30 am to 9:00 pm.
Cortland, NY. (March 17, 2008) – With Easter approaching, Greek Peak has dedicated Thursday, March 20th as a Ski & Ride Free Day to benefit local food banks. Any individual who brings one non-perishable food item on Thursday will receive a lift ticket good for that day. “The event is an opportunity for individuals to come out in the Spring and have fun at Greek Peak while benefiting the local food banks and the local community”, states Kevin Morrin, Director of Sales and Marketing. “With the amount of snow we have left and the great Easter Holiday forecast, I couldn’t think of a better scenario than kicking off Easter with Free Skiing and Riding”.
