Stowe 3/4

Got sent some pics today from what was possibly the best day I had this season. Didn't have my own camera on me, but people I was with got a few decent shots. Don't remember the snowfall numbers off hand but was about 7" of fresh before the day started and kept snowing all day. More importantly the wind was quite mild so the trails were not wind swept and the temps were perfect in the upper 20s.

Thought this was the last pow I would get this year, but is looking like might get one more dump this weekend  :D

Nice job Buttofly...that was the best weekend of the season so far.

Fingers crossed for this coming weekend...heading to Gore early tomorrow morning.

I agree... was at Stowe on that Friday and Sunday, and at Sugarbush on Saturday. While it was not the most snow it was enough and the temperature and mild winds made it better than the bigger dumps.

Wish I had been able to ride Monday too, as I was told was as good as Sunday (which I don't doubt) but alas had to get back to work :x

Hoping Scott's forecast for this weekend is correct, will be at Stowe Saturday morning for sure and possibly Sunday too if it is good.
