Oldie:

Skiing in Valdez, Alaska with my brother and friend Josh - way back in the 2016s. (This FisrtTrracks site was so horrible for a while - not worth posting).

Why I should weigh 190 lbs at 6-3 versus 205+ lbs.

I am somewhat afraid of heights - and do not like tight trees! Give me Alaska chutes and steeps!

Meh, looks kinda flat :icon-lol:

Seriously though, why did you not have your backpacks on before de-plane-ing? Seems like a poor way to handle your survival gear portion of things.

They carry the backpacks with the skis outside the heli. Same reason why the airlines don't want you on the planes.

The Euro airlines are more flexible. If think just need a special tag.

Cat and heli operators vary their protocols. The heli is very cramped so not really room to wear a backpack inside. Points North I think removed the seatback cushions so we could wear the packs inside.
