Way too much snow to be the end... but it was... the last day of the season in the province I enjoyed quite a nice afternoon, with weather closing on the 70s. The snow was nice, the West 70 was super well covered, although the Nordique was closing on the end in several spots. No walking...

Killington is closing in a few hours... with the Cascade having more snow than Superstar St-Sauveur closed sunday with a ton of snow... to install fastly some new attractions in the waterpark just between West 70 and Nordique (the 2 survivor trails) Ste-Anne closed sunday with the glades open...

I may have missed something... but unless you put the link yesterday, Mt Miller was already on your map... at Murdochville, in eastern Gaspesia. However, I noticed that you don't have Mt Béchervaise (±1000' high, 14 trails, 4 surface lifts), way farther east, next to Gaspé. About 15 zoneskiers...

These pics from Alta really shows how much snow they got in the laurentian's snowbelt this year... really amazing to see all that natural snow left while there is about nothing left in the townships or new england (except the snow from yesterday)

A little follow up of the situation in the province : Since our visit in early february, Val D'Irene in Gaspesia has received something like 10 feet of snow and nothing has melt up to now. Today, they have received another 14" and I guess that the actual snowstorm could leave out there another...
