- Phillips Brook Backcountry Recreation Area
- Located just south of Dixville Notch in NH. The recreation area is a 24,000 acre tract of land leased from International Paper to Timberland Trails, Inc. It features 75 miles of groomed trails and logging roads that connect seven yurts to one another and to a lodge located at the end of the gated road. Both Yurts, the lodge, and a firetower may be rented.
